Tech lawyer Peter Bolger joins EY Law Ireland as partner
Peter Bolger has joined EY Law Ireland as a partner and head of the firm’s technology and commercial practice.
Mr Bolger has more than 20 years’ experience advising on all aspects of technology law, IP and commercial agreements.
He was previously partner in the commercial department of a full-service corporate law firm, head of intellectual property, technology and privacy at another prominent full-service corporate law firm, and in-house legal counsel at global payments firm Elavon.
Mr Bolger holds a BCL and Master’s degree in commercial law from University College Dublin. He is a practising solicitor in Ireland and a non-practising solicitor in England and Wales, and a qualified Irish and EU trade mark attorney.
He is the second partner to be appointed to the technology and commercial team this year after Rob Haniver, who joined the firm in January.
