Three new partners at Dillon Eustace LLP
Dillon Eustace LLP has appointed Brendan Cunnane, Grace O’Connor and Alanna Hannon as partners across its real estate and asset management and investment funds teams.
Mr Cunnane, who has become a partner in the firm’s real estate practice, has extensive experience advising on Irish real estate acquisitions, disposals, financing and development projects. Prior to joining Dillon Eustace, he was a senior legal adviser with Ireland’s National Asset Management Agency (NAMA) and worked with another top-tier Irish law firm.
Ms O’Connor, in asset management and investment funds, provides legal and regulatory advice to Irish and international boutique and institutional investment managers and fund management companies, including some of the EU’s and UK’s largest and most high-profile managers, on their Irish operations and on the structuring, establishment, marketing and ongoing regulation of all types of investment funds.
Ms Hannon, also in asset management and investment funds, represents a wide variety of domestic and global investment managers, fund management companies and other service providers to the Irish funds industry, advising on their Irish businesses and on the public and private markets investment funds that they establish, operate or service.
Donnacha O’Connor, managing partner and head of asset management and investment funds, said: “Brendan, Grace and Alanna have each demonstrated excellent legal skills, sectoral knowledge and exceptional levels of client service.
“These promotions reflect continuing strong client demand in our asset management and investment funds and real estate practices and our ongoing investment in the development of our people.”
