O’Flynn Exhams Solicitors LLP has welcomed solicitors Helen Cosgrave, Maggie Kelleher-Byrne and Ray Murphy to the firm.
Ms Cosgrave, who joins the firm’s commercial property department, has extensive experience in advising both corporate and private clients in relation to acquisition, financing, development and disposal of residential, commercial property and mixed-use developments.
She has advised both landlords and tenants in commercial leasing transactions and on the legal issues surrounding financing of property transactions.
“I am delighted to join the exceptional team of solicitors at OFX and look forward to working with them,” Ms Cosgrave said.
Ms Kelleher-Byrne, who qualified as a solicitor in 2021, will work in the litigation and dispute resolution department. She has significant experience representing commercial clients in contentious matters at all Court levels and upon joining.
She said: “I am delighted to be back in Cork and to join the team at 58 South Mall. It’s great to have this excellent opportunity to bring my experience and capabilities to the litigation and employment team.”
Mr Murphy has completed a traineeship with the firm and will stay as a newly-qualified solicitor. He said: “I am looking forward to making a contribution to the growth of the commercial department.”
Welcoming the three new appointments, OFX managing partner Shane Crossan said: “We are thrilled to announce the addition of three new solicitors of the highest calibre to the firm at a time when recruitment is so testing.
“Helen, Maggie and Ray will add great depth to the commercial property, commercial and litigation and dispute resolution departments and provide a great service to our clients. We look forward to working with them all.”
