Caitriona Morgan

Ms Morgan, who joins from Cleaver Fulton Rankin, specialises in insolvency and business restructuring and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to further enhance TLT’s insolvency offering.

Her experience includes advising clients on a wide range of corporate and personal insolvency matters. She has acted for banks, accountants, directors and shareholders, companies, individuals and creditors as well as local and national insolvency practitioners.

She is one of a small number of solicitors in Norhern Ireland that holds a Certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency, demonstrating her specialism in that area.
