Trade mark attorney Gretha Cachia joins Stobbs Ireland
Trade mark attorney Gretha Cachia has joined Stobbs Ireland, the trade mark law specialist which launched earlier this summer.
From its office on Merrion Street, which is led by Mary White and opened in June, Stobbs Ireland supports clients in Ireland and throughout the EU. The firm represents a number of prestigious Irish clients and over 8,000 Irish and EU trade marks.
Ms Cachia, the office’s latest recruit, is an Irish trade mark agent with experience in trade mark filing strategy, prosecution, opposition practice and dealing with infringements. She holds an LLM in international intellectual property law from University College Dublin.
Stobbs Ireland has also welcomed Eva O’Sullivan as its first paralegal. A law graduate from Dublin City University, she brings experience from working in a large European accountancy and business advisory firm.
Since expanding into Ireland, Stobbs has also opened its first office in the Netherlands. The firm now has offices in Cambridge, London, Munich, Dublin and Eindhoven.
