Trade mark firm Stobbs Ireland hires Tasneem Madani
Trade mark law specialist Stobbs Ireland has appointed Tasneem Madani as an intangible asset (IA) executive.
Ms Madani becomes the fourth member of the Dublin office, which was established last summer and supports clients in Ireland and throughout the EU.
She qualified as an Irish and EU trade mark attorney in 2017 and was previously an associate at a boutique intellectual property law firm in Dublin. She also worked as a trade mark agent at a corporate law firm in Dublin, where she gained experience in data protection law.
Ms Madani is a graduate of University College Dublin (UCD), where she obtained an honours degree in business and law (BBL), and completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP University in London, in which she obtained a distinction.
Mary White, operations manager for the Irish office, said: “Tasneem brings a wealth of experience in Irish, EU and international trade mark matters, from prosecution to managing oppositions and disputes.
“Together with Gretha Cachia, Eva O’Sullivan, myself and of course our international team members, Tasneem will be helping Stobbs transform brand advisory services in Ireland.”
