Trainee solicitors congratulated on performance at worldwide moot

The Law Society of Ireland has congratulated trainee solicitors Andrea Whelton (Arthur Cox LLP) from Leap, West Cork, Aoibhín O’Connor (Denise Kelleher & Associates Solicitors, Cork) from Ballinhassig, Cork, and Jennifer Ryan (Matheson LLP) from Castletroy, Limerick for progressing to the final rounds of the Nelson Mandela World Human Rights Moot Court Competition.
The Law Society team reached the octo finals placing within the top 16 teams in the world. The competition took place at the Palais des Nations in Geneva, Switzerland from 17 – 21 July.
The Law Society team was coached by solicitor Alysha Hoare.
