Tully Rinckey appoints Ursula Cullen as partner
Tully Rinckey LLP has announced the appointment of Ursula Cullen as a partner in the firm’s Dublin office.
Ms Cullen previously served as in-house legal counsel for a large recruitment organisation and practices in the areas of employment law, litigation and personal injury.
She is qualified as a solicitor in Ireland and in England and Wales, and also holds a barrister-at-law degree from the King’s Inns. She is also qualified in the British Virgin Islands as a solicitor advocate (non-practising).

Ms Cullen’s litigation experience includes having practised both in Ireland, the UK and offshore. She also works and advises on cross-border insolvency, commercial and contractual disputes.
Her employment law experience includes advising on contentious and non-contentious matters, and assisting clients in drafting bespoke employment contracts, compromise agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and bespoke advice in corporate policies and procedures for internal HR matters. She offers quality advice on unfair dismissals, contractual disputes, grievances, constructive dismissals, terminations, discrimination, equality and other areas of employment law.
Ms Cullen is also a regular speaker on the topic of lawyer wellness and workplace wellness and has spoken to law schools, organisations and businesses in Ireland on the topic. She is also a certified executive coach.
