Tully Rinckey Ireland appoints Alice Heron as employment associate
Tully Rinckey Ireland has announced the appointment of Alice Heron as an associate in the firm’s employment law team.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms Heron trained in a large international law firm, qualifying in 2018 and subsequently working as a solicitor in the employment law department of a prominent Dublin firm.
She advises private and corporate clients on a wide variety of contentious and non-contentious employment matters including day-to-day HR management, unfair dismissal, equality and redundancy issues, employment contracts, consultancy and service agreements, settlement agreements and company handbooks. She has experience advocating on behalf of clients in the District Court.
Ms Heron also has experience in immigration law, including advising on Irish citizenship and naturalisation, residency permission and stamps, the processing of employment permit applications, atypical working scheme applications, and applications on behalf of foreign direct investors under the Immigrant Investor Programme.
She holds an undergraduate degree in HR management from the National College of Ireland and a Master’s in common law from University College Dublin.
