Mary Flaherty

Ms Flaherty will advise business clients on all aspects of company establishment and company compliance.

The appointment comes a year after the US-headquartered firm opened in Dublin, and closely follows the recent appointment of Robert J. Rock as partner.

Ms Flaherty is a graduate of University College Dublin and a chartered secretary of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, the international qualifying and membership body for the chartered secretary profession and the world’s leading authority on corporate governance and compliance.

She has gained significant practical experience, having worked for leading global financial institutions, and publicly traded organizations.

She counsels both domestic and international entities on matters such as articles of association, AGMs, directors’ duties and circulars, and on many other aspects of company regulatory compliance.
