Tully Rinckey Ireland appoints Setanta Landers as of counsel
Tully Rinckey Ireland has announced the appointment of Setanta Landers as of counsel in the firm’s Dublin office.
Mr Landers, who is dual-qualified to practice in Ireland and in England and Wales, will focus his practice on litigation, including matters related to planning law, tax law and technology law. He is also a registered trade mark attornery and an AITI tax consultant.
Mr Landers has particular expertise in planning law, advising on observations to local authorities, appeals to An Bord Pleanála, judicial reviews, planning injunctions and defending planning enforcement proceedings.
He also provides advice in relation to tax appeals, revenue interventions and tax litigation, as well as general tax queries, and qualified in tax in a Big Four firm before qualifying as a solicitor.
He is experienced in technology and intellectual property disputes, including registering and protecting trademarks and other intellectual property and has assisted clients in passing off disputes, data protection law, and efficient tax structures to protect intellectual property.
Additionally, Mr Landers consults on a range of matters, including commercial and civil litigation, data protection, planning law, taxation, corporate and commercial services, property disputes, including landlord and tenant, intellectual property law disputes and employment law disputes.
