Two new partners at Beauchamps
Beauchamps has appointed Pat McInerney and Shane Costelloe as partners in the firm.
Mr McInerney joins the firm as head of the public and regulatory team, while Mr Costelloe has been appointed as a partner in the employment and benefits groups.
Mr McInerney advises public sector bodies, educational institutions, local authorities, and regulators advises on administrative law, judicial reviews, investigations, privacy, procurement, and governance.
He is also an experienced strategic advisor and commercial litigator with expertise in regulatory enforcement, tax and complex commercial disputes.
Mr Costelloe advises public and private sector entities in contentious and non-contentious employment matters, with particular expertise in commercial transactions, due diligence, governance, share option schemes, outsourcing, consultancy and agency arrangements, change management and public sector advisory.
