Two new partners at Beauchamps

Beauchamps has appointed Fiona Egan and Yvonne O’Byrne as partners.
Ms Egan joins the firm from Arthur Cox as a partner in the projects, infrastructure and energy team.
She has a wealth of experience in construction and projects, specialising in both contentious and non-contentious cases across energy and renewables, infrastructure, large scale commercial and residential schemes, manufacturing and logistics.
She has a proven track record in advising clients in the public and private sectors, including developers, local authorities, utilities, contractors, sub-contractors, lending institutions and investment funds.
Ms O’Byrne, new partner in the corporate team, specialises in M&A and financial services regulation.
She also has extensive experience in governance, compliance, risk management and privacy, having worked at Clyde & Co after a period in-house.
