Two promoted to partner at Taylor Wessing Ireland

International law firm Taylor Wessing has promoted Dannie Hanna and Jo Joyce to partners in its Dublin office.
The pair are among 10 new partners appointed across the firm’s global network and will take up their new roles from 1 May 2025.
Mr Hanna is a partner in the firm’s corporate team and has expertise advising clients throughout the corporate lifecycle on M&A transactions, joint ventures, capital raisings and corporate governance issues.
He has an internationally-focused practice, with particular expertise leading complex cross-border M&A, while also leveraging his experience as part of the firm’s venture and emerging companies’ practice to act on venture and growth equity transactions.
Ms Joyce leads Taylor Wessing’s technology, IP and information group in Ireland. Her team advises on a broad range of topics from B2B and B2C commercial projects and product launches to IP, IT, data and regulatory support.
She focuses on cutting-edge AI and digital regulatory advisory work and co-leads the firm’s UK and Ireland cyber security group.
