UCC to host environmental law conference this month

The prominent conference provides a forum for the expert presentation of legal developments and research in the area of environmental law, regulation and policy, as well as an informal forum for the exchange of views among policy-makers and regulators, regulated operators, the environmental NGO community, and academics.

This year’s conference theme is “Towards Environmental Responsibility, Accountability and Liability”, and the programme features specialist sessions on such topics as Brexit and climate litigation.
