The new office, located at 55 Bartholomew Close, London, EC1A 7ES, houses eight full-time staff including four resident partners.

The London office provides Irish legal and tax advice to UK and international companies and their advisers with interests in Ireland. The office also advises Irish corporates doing business in the UK in respect of Irish legal and tax matters.

The predominant focus of the London-resident team of William Fry is corporate M&A and private equity, ECM, asset management and investment funds, ESG and sustainability, and structured finance and securitisation/DCM.
