Wilson Nesbitt appoints Neil Cahill to lead dispute resolution team

Northern Ireland firm Wilson Nesbitt has appointed Neil Cahill as partner and head of dispute resolution.
Mr Cahill joins from Fieldfisher in Dublin, where he was director of the litigation and dispute resolution team. Prior to that, he was head of disputes for UK and EMEA within ALT at Herbert Smith Freehills in Belfast, and a partner at Tughans.
Dual-qualified in both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, he has over 20 years of experience in litigation, dispute resolution, mediation and arbitration.
He has advised a wide range of commercial entities, including both indigenous and multi-national companies, and individuals.
