As a senior advisor, the successful candidate will provide strategic legal counsel on complex employment matters, oversee high-profile cases, and manage a specialist legal team. The role demands a legal professional with the expertise to navigate employment law issues in a large and evolving organisation.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor or barrister with at least five years post-qualification experience in employment law, a proven ability to lead high-stakes legal matters, and extensive experience in policy development and strategic advisory.
