Co Kildare firm Coonan Cawley Solicitors has announced plans to merge with Co Wicklow firm Kevin M. Houlihan & Co Solicitors at the end of August.

Cork professional services firm CDS Law & Tax has announced its expansion into neighbouring Kerry through a merger with Tralee practice MJS Legal. Under the terms of the merger, MJS Legal will rebrand as CDS Law & Tax and function as a satellite office of the company.
