Dr Ciara Fitzpatrick has joined the Transitional Justice Institute (TJI) at Ulster University as a lecturer in law. Having worked extensively on access to justice and social security law, she brings additional capacity to the institute's work on gender and on socioeconomic rights.
Dr Catherine O'Rourke will take over as director of Ulster University's Transitional Justice Institute later this month. The senior lecturer in human rights and international law succeeds Professor Rory O'Connell at the head of the law-led multidisciplinary research centre, which focuses on "transit
