Commercial Property Solicitor
Experienced Part Time Commercial Property Solicitor Required
Moran & Ryan LLP is seeking to recruit an experienced commercial property solicitor to join our Real Estate team on a part time basis.

The appropriate candidate should have experience of working in a busy commercial property department in a law firm and have the following qualities:

At least three years post PQE in commercial conveyancing in private practice.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.

The ability to manage a busy workload supporting lawyers within the team.

Strong IT Skills including competency in Word, Excel, Outlook, experience of case management systems and electronic working is desirable.

Excellent attention to detail.

A proven ability to work to targets.

Although not essential, the ability to introduce established clients to the practice would be advantageous.
