As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking to appoint a skilled Litigation Solicitor to join our litigation team in Dublin.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a diverse caseload of litigation matters from inception to resolution.
- Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on litigation matters.
- Conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and preparing court documents.
- Attending court for applications, hearings, and conducting negotiations on behalf of clients.
- Staying informed about legal changes and industry trends.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- Qualified Solicitor status with experience in defence litigation.
- Excellent litigation and case management skills.
- Strong research, analytical, and drafting abilities.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Required Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in handling defence litigation cases independently.
- Experience with handling litigation cases across all jurisdictions.
- Experience of advising on quantum and legal costs.
- A commitment to providing high-quality legal services and client satisfaction.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of relevant law, practice and procedure relating to defence litigation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to manage caseload and comply with deadlines in keeping with clients’ service agreements and protocols.
