LMK Law, Ballymoney is seeking a personal injury/property solicitor with prospects of partnership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a busy and diverse workload.
• Handle a wide range of contentious and non-contentious matters.
• Provide excellent client care and maintain strong client relationships.
• Work in tandem with Principal to service existing client base and continue the growth of the firm.

Requirements

• 7+ years PQE.
• Experience in personal injury and/or conveyancing.
• Professional and confident demeanour.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a demanding environment.
• Non-judgemental and non-discriminatory attitude to clients.
• Ability to build rapport and foster good client relations.
• Self-motivated and target driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience of handling own client list.
• Enthusiastic and motivated approach to work.
• Sound business acumen.
