Senior Associate Solicitor

Due to continued growth, we are seeking to add a Senior Associate to our Corporate Team. We are keen to speak to suitably qualified solicitors of the requisite PQE gained in the Corporate Department of a large, medium or boutique Corporate Law firm.

Senior Associate Solicitor

This is a full time position, suitable for a solicitor with 5 years + PQE and we are open to flexible work arrangements both in terms of hours and location.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will support our Corporate Team through assuming a lead role on a wide range of matters, including M&A transactions, corporate restructuring projects and the provision of general corporate law advices.

  • Strong commercial focus and business acumen required
  • Ability to manage transactions, delegate to and manage junior team members
  • Managing competing priorities and deadlines
  • Key focus on ongoing client care
  • Excellent technical and drafting skills

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have experience in acting in a senior role on both the buy side and sale side of corporate M&A transactions.

They should also have had some exposure to corporate restructuring projects and drafting shareholder agreements.

They will have strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills, a good work ethic, energy, enthusiasm and be highly motivated.
